As a skilled Dental Technician Michale strated working for etkon in 2003. In the production department he learned to know all the procedures of the milling process. 2004 he was responsible for the Training and Support Department for the local german market, which was developed to an international part headed by him.

Since the end of 2007 he has been responsible for training international customers and staff.
