Keith has over 37 years post-qualification experience, the past 34 years having been in private practice in Kent. For the last 16 years he has been a member of a dental implant team based at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital working in conjunction with two Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeons, Mr T J Storrs MB BS FDS RCS and Mr N Bradley FRCS FFDRCSI. Together with Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon Mr Ken Lavery FDSRCS FRCS, Keith established a dental implant team based at the McIndoe Surgical Centre, East Grinstead. 

At both Centres and in his practice Keith deals with all applications of prosthetic reconstruction on dental implants from the single implant to complex post-trauma, accident and tumour cases. For the past 13 years he has been involved in organising postgraduate courses and lecturing in oral implantology in Britain to General Practitioners, Dental Nurses and VTs. In 1999 Keith was invited to participate at a 3 day prosthetic course at the University of Texas as part of the Greater Houston Dental Meeting.
