Dr. med. dent., Christian-Eiben Buns is a Specialist in Periodontics and dental implants who underwent specialist training for 5 years. He is qualified as a Dental Surgeon (Marburg), Dr med dent (Marburg), Periodontist (Marburg), Specialist in Periodontology (DGP) and is registered on the Specialist Register in Periodontics (GDC) and has an MSc in Implantology (London). 

He won the Nobel Biocare Award for his performance in the Implant Programme at the Eastman Dental Institute. He also works in periodontal and implant research, lectures frequently both nationally and internationally and has published to date 29 national and international papers as author or co-author. Dr Buns works four days in private practice and dedicates one day a week to teaching. He is a Member of the ITI and a Fellow of the ICD and Neve Gruppe.
