Since qualifying in 1967, Adrian has held several hospital and academic appointments in oral surgery and prosthetic dentistry and he is now in full-time private dental implant practice in Bristol. Adrian began placing and restoring dental implants in the 1980s when he was using an immediate loading protocol and has subsequently worked with most of the leading dental implant systems and has now placed and restored over 2000 Straumann® Dental Implants. He has published over 30 papers in scientific journals and has lectured extensively on dental implantology in Europe and North America. He is a Specialist in Restorative Dentistry and also a Fellow of both the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the International Team for Implantology.
